2021 AFRAN Initiatives outcome
In 2021, one of AFRAN initiatives led by Ms Jessica Coldrey, proposed a scientific and artistic approach to study communication about endometriosis symptoms, concerning in particular the description and visualisation of the associated pain. We are very proud that one of the endometriosis visualisation images made by Jessica has been finalised among the top contemporary Australian photographs for 2022 (Bowness Prize) at Monash Gallery of Art, the Australian home of photography.
