Australia France Network of Doctoral Excellence - AUFRANDE

Cofunded with EUR 15.7 million by the European Union, RMIT and other partners, and coordinated by the RMIT Europe Centre (in Barcelona), the AUFRANDE project will support 64 PhD students over five years to train them in research relevant to industry. The winners of this programme will conduct their research on subjects as varied as photonics, nanotechnology, acoustics or energy. They will be employed at a French research institution, with up to a year’s secondment to an Australian university, and will receive French and Australian degrees.
