Call for abstracts!


Montpellier, France

5th–7th May 2026.


The programme will comprise Plenary and Keynote lectures, and contributed oral and poster communications.

The conference website https://fdfc2026.sciencesconf.org/ provides a link for abstract submission, an abstract template for download, registration as well as travel and accommodation information. Registration is open – it is recommended to register for the conference and book accommodation early.


Submission of abstracts for contributed oral and poster communications is open until

15th December 2025.


FDFC 2026 aims to bring together leading academics, researchers, and industry professionals to exchange and share their experiences and research findings on all scientific and technological aspects of fuel cells and electrolysers. FDFC 2026 will address the topics of clean hydrogen production and conversion in electrolysers and fuel cells, covering all types of technologies from cells based on aqueous-electrolyte or polymer-electrolyte to those based on ceramics, including hydrogen storage. The topics will include, without being limited to, the development of functional materials and components, fundamental and in-depth understanding of their structure and performance, integration in devices, stack and system development and operation, field testing, with a particular focus on sustainability, circularity and recycling strategies.
