A 12 months position is available at the the Cancer Research Center of Lyon (CRCL, www.crcl.fr).
As a bioinformatician, you will contribute to the in silico identification of original therapeutic targets in cancer that will be further validated in vitro. You will contribute to the development of existing pipelines and will reproduce the analysis on different data sets. A strong implication in the overall project will be asked.
